Web-based Training
Interactive training programs developed for dispatchers, field workers, administrative personnel, meter collection employees and management. Over 15 different instructor-led courses provide in-depth knowledge of the MWA Intelligence solutions, customized by module. All sessions are hosted by an MWA Intelligence training professional who will guide users through the material and answer questions about the application, its use and the business impact of our solutions.
Self-guided, Computer-based Training
Self-paced training allows our customers to learn anytime and anywhere. These user-friendly and comprehensive training sessions deliver step-by-step instructions on how to use MWA Intelligence solutions from start to finish. Users can review the modules at their own pace, repeating critical information on-demand to maximize retention of materials.
